These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and k677rr ("k677rr," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the k677rr website located at k677rr.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any k677rr service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. k677rr does not accept payments from third parties. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Where closure is initiated for reasons other than breach, k677rr will return any verified real-money balance to the player through the original payment method after completing applicable KYC and anti-fraud checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k677rr shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any k677rr content without the express prior written consent of k677rr.

k677rr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through k677rr's customer support channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
